Our 39th Anniv Dinner

We went to a new Italian resturant here in town called "Bella Donna".

There was live music; guitar and some kind of horn. It added atmosphere.
We ask to be sitted in an area of a waiter that is a friend of a co-workers.

He is a "model" and a waiter. She thinks he is "georgous". Bob said he looked like a Faubio - ha ha

He was very handsome and has long hair pulled back in a pony tail. He was an extremely good waiter. He explained in detail what everything was and made suggestions etc.

The food was good. It was made more "special" then food like Olive Garden, they put more of a Tuscan influence in it and he said they used recipes from all different regions of Italy.

We started our meal with three different kinds of bread and a garlic butter with roasted garlic cloves to smash and spread on your bread also. The butter and roasted garlic cloves was set in a bed of olive oil. Fancy....

We had homemade "honey rociatta cheesecake" topped with sliced strawberries for dessert.

Of course, since I am such a light eater - my dinner consisted of a salad, one meatball and some bread with a few small bites of cheesecake. But I got to taste it all.

Very good - I give it a TWO THUMBS UP.
