As I dressed this morning I reached into my jewelry box for my Italian bracelet.
I have two of them - and as I reached for one I stopped for a second and looked at it.
I wear one of the two each day - but why?
When I examined each little square on it I remember why.
The one I have on today is my Family bracelet.
The squares each mean something.
I have on it:
A sapphare birth stone - it is MY birth stone, but also my twins.
To the right: I (heart) my twins
Next: Jeremy (My sons name)
Next: Navy (He served in Desert Storm on the USS Stennis Aircraft carrier as a plane captain)
The to right of Navy I have: A birthstone for Feb. (Amethist) Wendys birthstone
To the right of that: Wendy (the name of my daughter we lost)
To the left of that stone I have:
South High Titans (the HS they both graduated from in 1996)
Next: Jennifer (My daughter)
Left of her: Brenton - my grandson, Jennifers son
Left of Brenton: His birthstone for August (it is green)
Left of the a GOLD B (both for Brenton and BOB my hubby)
Left: I (heart) my (mailbox) man
Left: USPS
Left: His birthstone for November (Topaz)
Left: Air Force (my husband was in service during Viet Nam)
Left: US Mail (the the eagle emblem)
I also have three squares the say what I am interested in:
(scissors) Scrapbooking
I (heart) Stamping
and the last one: Bunco Babe
Each square means something special to me and I wear them with honor that I have my children and husband in my life.
