Storms and more coming

Some night. For 3 weeks now we have had storm after storm, tornadoes everywhere. Thunder/lightening. Last night was no exception. Our family spent the evening in the basement because of two tornadoes sighting that were South of us heading our way.

The lights went off and on a few times, we had so satellite for TV to even watch the storm, we listened to the little sports battery operated radio (remember those? lol) I have for such events. Bob and Jennifer had the weather channel on their cell phones watching the storms as they came over, redeveloped and came over again.

It rained and lightened and thundered ALL NIGHT LONG - this thunder was the kind that shakes not only the house but your insides with it.

And according to the weather man, we have another week of it coming. Oh joy!

I am in jeans today, I am tired, I am cranky - no one at work better say a thing about it either! lol I think everyone is sleep deprived - it is rather quiet in here this morning and it is usually NOT that way.
