We had dad brought home this afternoon. It is now past eleven, he has been turned and tucked in.
He has been given his pain meds and will probably sleep until 6 or 7 am.
This was his chose, I think he is happier in his home. If his nurses (me and Mom) could do things the way the REAL nurses did them. I think we are doing pretty good. Next time we will give him his pain killer THEN move him. That would be best.
We will see how things go now. He could last a couple of weeks or less.

Less phone calls would be nice. We know you are concerned but the phone wakes him up.
